Shipping & Returns
Everything Stickify prints is made to order, so our timelines start once you approve your free design proof, not the moment you check out.
Production time
Most orders go into production within 1-2 business days of proof approval. Larger bulk orders (5,000+ units) may take a little longer, and we'll give you an estimated timeline when we send your proof.
Shipping
Once production is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We ship nationwide from the Sacramento area. Orders of $75 or more ship free; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop.
Rush orders
Need it faster? Contact us before ordering to ask about rush production for time-sensitive projects and events.
Local installation
We install signs and banners within roughly a 1-hour radius of Sacramento, CA. Outside that area, orders ship with self-install instructions. Installation is quoted separately.
Returns, reprints and refunds
- Before printing: every order includes a free digital proof, and we'll revise it at no charge until you approve it.
- Damaged or misprinted: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint it free or refund you, your choice.
- Our mistake: wrong size, wrong quantity, or printed differently from your approved proof? We fix it at no cost.
- Change of mind: because each order is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started.
- Cancellations: cancel any time before production begins for a full refund.
