Overview This website is operated by Stickify. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stickify. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders & Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. Stickify reserves the right to decline any order containing content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Proofs & Approval

All custom orders include a free digital proof. Production does not begin until you approve your proof. Once approved, the order is considered final for the purposes of specifications shown in that proof (size, color, quantity, design).

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are the prices that apply to that order.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, for large custom or wholesale orders).

Installation Services

Local installation is available within approximately a 1-hour radius of Sacramento, CA, and is subject to scheduling availability. Installation pricing is quoted separately from product pricing.

Limitation of Liability

Stickify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
